      DogCamera uses advanced AI technology to create a virtual model of your dog based on the photos you upload. We then use this model to generate fun, themed pictures of your dog in various scenarios.

    • How many pictures do I need to upload?

      You need to upload a minimum of 10 pictures, but you can upload up to 25. The more varied pictures you provide, the better our AI can learn your dog's unique characteristics and generate high-quality images.

    • Are my dog's photos safe?

      Yes, we take the privacy and security of your dog's photos very seriously. All uploaded images are safely stored and used only for generating your dog's pictures within our app.

    • What are photo packs?

      Photo packs are themed collections of generated images featuring your dog. Each pack contains a varying number of pictures with a specific theme, like "Travelling Dogs" (with pictures of dogs in different countries) or "Winter Sports" (with pictures of dogs in winter sports). At the moment there's 15 photo packs available with more coming.

    • How do I purchase photo packs?

      You can purchase individual photo packs or unlock all packs with our PRO plan through in-app purchases. Prices may vary depending on your country. However, all of our purchases are one-off and you won't be charged again.

    • What's included in the PRO plan?

      The PRO plan unlocks all existing and future photo packs. It also gives you the ability to generate your own custom images of your dog in scenarios of your choice. You can also use the app without any ads.

    • Can I generate my own dog pictures that are not in the photo packs?

      Yes, but this feature is only available to users on the PRO plan. With the PRO plan, you can generate custom images of your dog in any scenario you can imagine. This is an experimental feature. PRO Plan is one-time payment and unlocks all existing and future photo packs.

    • How long does it take to generate pictures?

      The time can vary, but it usually takes a few minutes to generate a set of pictures. We'll send you a notification when your pictures are ready, so you don't have to wait around.

    • Can I use DogCamera for multiple dogs?

      Absolutely! You can add multiple dogs to your account and generate fun pictures for each of them. Just make sure to upload separate sets of photos for each dog to get the best results.
